Our automated lines ensure consistent handling of each and every part to the proper specification. They can run 30,000 to 40,000 parts per shift, and engage in nickel plating and nickel-chrome plating over cold rolled steel and difficult-to-plate stainless steel. Our nickel chrome finish is corrosion resistant and decorative, and we specialize in plating small to medium sized parts such as seatbelt buckles, latches, housings, and fasteners.

Micro Metal Finishing has specialized in nickel plating materials for over 60 years. Based on our expertise in nickel and zinc-iron alloy plating we recently expanded into the zinc-nickel alloy plating. Of the zinc "family" of plating, zinc-nickel has the highest corrosion resistance: over 1,000 hours resistance in salt spray. Our rack electroplating process is environmentally friendly using trivalent chromium passivates. The alkaline based process provides a superior coating thickness distribution on your parts.
